Our Greatest Team Rises – The Royal Albert Hall

Charlie will perform in a concert to benefit Team GB and ParalympicsGB on Friday, May 11. The event will celebrate and support the forming of Team GB and ParalympicsGB ahead of the London 2012 Games. It will take place the day after the London 2012 Olympic flame is lit in Greece.

Titanic Centenary Commemoration – BBC2

Charlie will perform at this special event in Belfast’s Waterfront Hall on 14 April coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic.

This event, which will be broadcast live on BBC Two network television, will reflect the stories of people associated with the Titanic – its design and construction and those whose lives were changed or lost as a result of its ill-fated north Atlantic journey.

In addition to Charlie, performers include Bryan Ferry, Alfie Boe, Joss Stone, Nicola Benedetti, Charlie Siem, Colin Morgan and Ian McElhinney.
